Take a look at the phases of the workout program:
The Foundation Stage is the foundation of your whole program. You must learn how to properly breath, engage your core and sustain that foundation throughout. You're establishing the groundwork for the next 30+ weeks ahead. Similar to constructing a sturdy house, a solid foundation is essential.
The most significant transition from the foundation to the strength stage is the increase in intensity. This increase is crucial to help you develop the necessary strength to alleviate discomfort and prevent injuries as your weight gain progresses.
The final phase of the program is the Birth Prep Stage. it focuses on physically and mentally preparing for the big day.
