Hey, I’m Elise, certified pre & postnatal fitness specialist, former collegiate athlete & coach, and mom of 3.

I created this guide because I was you! Pregnant, active, and overwhelmed by all the mixed messages around fitness. I wanted to keep moving, but I didn’t want to risk doing the wrong thing or harm my body.

After navigating 3 very different pregnancies and recoveries, I’ve made it my mission to help women feel strong, safe, and confident in their workouts, without guessing or settling for “just walking.”

I’ll show you how to move with purpose, protect your core and pelvic floor, and stay connected to your strength throughout pregnancy and beyond.
